Payments
We don’t like using PayPal very much for a particular choice of optimization of business dynamics and cost containment. However, we understand the needs of our customers and trust their honesty and therefore we have decided to rehabilitate automatic payments through PayPal. Alternatively, payments by credit card are obviously allowed.
For these payments, we rely on Shopify. We never receive customer credit card information, never, so your information is secure. The cart where you load the products to be purchased is managed by Shopify, the world leader in e-commerce.
N.B. Payment takes place in two stages, first the pre-authorization (the money is still in your account), and then, when the goods are ready for shipment, we authorize the conclusion of the transaction (the money is transferred). For more details click here.
Finally, of course, bank transfer payments are accepted.
Shipments
The shipment of the goods is carried out only after receiving the payment.
We ship either by registered mail, also internationally, or by express courier. The costs are indicated for both methods during the cart loading procedure and before payment.
